It is a sad life when you get excited by random things in the hallways of your apartment building. This is the latest of my sad life’s excitements: a mop bucket and a puny mop.

It probably is out there for something as mundane as the owners cleaning an empty apartment. However, I like to imagine that my neighbours had some rocking partying going on and this is the puke mop.

(oh yes, and we’ll pretend it isn’t creepy at all that I’m running around in my hallways with my camera and flash)

I get tired of taking photos at times, especially of people. It’s not that don’t enjoy it, it’s just that there is more to photography than people. There is more to my life than photos. So here is my dinner from Friday night, a hot beef sandwich from the Golden Griddle.

From what I understand it is one of the few 24 hour restaurants in Windsor which is really sad for a city nick named Sin City North.

Anyways, these aren’t some award winning photographs, believe me I don’t need anyones help telling me which of my photos suck. But as Freud is alleged to have said “Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar”, well this is just my dinner.

Random things just appear in my hallway. Often. A couple weeks ago it was a frying pan, which just sat there for a week. No one touched it and then it just mysteriously disappeared. Other items have been a can of spilled paint, a broken cd, a mattress.

Friday nights mysterious object was a Black & Decker VersaBrew coffee machine. I noticed it on the way out the door to when going out for dinner with some friends.
